RTC Troubleshooting

Troubles Opening RTC Files

BrainVoyager QX is Not Installed

You encounter an error message such as "%%os%% Can't Open RTC Files" when trying to open your RTC. If this is the case, it's usually due to the fact that you do not have BrainVoyager QX for %%os%% installed on your computer. Because your operating system doesn't know what to do with this file, you won't be able to open it by double-clicking.

Tip: Another RTC-related program can be selected to open the file by clicking "Show Apps" and finding the application.

Incorrect BrainVoyager QX Version

It is possible that your version of BrainVoyager QX isn't able to open your BrainVoyager QX Design Matrix File file due to incompatibility. If you do not have the proper version BrainVoyager QX (or any of the other programs listed above), you may need to try downloading a different version of it, or one of the other software applications listed above. This problem is predominately due to having a BrainVoyager QX Design Matrix File file version that was created by a newer version of BrainVoyager QX than what you have installed on your PC.
