Double-clicking your VSX file prompts the message "%%os%% Can't Open VSX File". Usually, this is because you do not have Microsoft Visio for %%os%% installed. This will prevent you from double-clicking to open the VSX file because the OS doesn’t know how to handle it.

Tip: Another VSX-related program can be selected to open the file by clicking "Show Apps" and finding the application.

Wrong Version of Microsoft Visio is Installed

It is possible that your version of Microsoft Visio isn't able to open your Visio Stencil XML File file due to incompatibility.
