Troubleshooting Problems Opening WHT Files

Microsoft NetMeeting Removed
You encounter an error message such as "%%os%% Can't Open WHT Files" when trying to open your WHT. Usually, this is because you do not have Microsoft NetMeeting for %%os%% installed. You won't be able to double-click to open your WHT because your OS doesn't know what to do with it.
Tip: When you have another program installed that you know will open your WHT, you can select it from the other programs listed (see "Show Apps").
Wrong Version of Microsoft NetMeeting is Installed
Your Microsoft NetMeeting White Board Document File file is incompatible with Microsoft NetMeeting because you might have the wrong version installed. Installing the latest version of Microsoft NetMeeting from Microsoft Corporation is recommended. This problem is predominately due to having a Microsoft NetMeeting White Board Document File file version that was created by a newer version of Microsoft NetMeeting than what you have installed on your PC.
