Software Overview
eMule is a free peer-to-peer file sharing application for Microsoft Windows. Started in May 2002 as an alternative to eDonkey2000. It is used to download movies, music, and other media files. It works by ed2k and Kad protocols. Despite the difficulty to find secure servers and not supporting using torrent files, the download speed is high and the search results are consistent. Using eMule just requires connecting the Kad network or a server and searching for the required files and waiting for the download to complete. To avoid getting lots of results, it is recommended to filter the search by type like an image, video, audio, and so on.
