Issues Opening ATG Files

Netmino Removed

Double-clicking your ATG file prompts the message "%%os%% Can't Open ATG File". When this happens, it is commonly due to Netmino missing in %%os%%. This will prevent you from double-clicking to open the ATG file because the OS doesn’t know how to handle it.

Tip: When you have another program installed that you know will open your ATG, you can select it from the other programs listed (see "Show Apps").

Incorrect Netmino Version

Your Netmino File file is incompatible with Netmino because you might have the wrong version installed. Visit the Unknown Developer website to download (or purchase) the latest version of Netmino. Your Netmino File file was probably created by a newer release of Netmino than what's currently installed your computer.

Tip: Right-clicking on your ATG, then clicking "Properties" (Windows) or "Get Info" (Mac), can provide clues about your file version.

Ultimately, most of the difficulties opening ATG files are due to having the wrong version of Netmino installed.
