Issues Opening ENCRYPTED Files
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware program Removed
Double-clicking your ENCRYPTED file prompts the message "%%os%% Can't Open ENCRYPTED File". If so, it typically means that you don't have Malwarebytes Anti-Malware program installed for %%os%%. This will prevent you from double-clicking to open the ENCRYPTED file because the OS doesn’t know how to handle it.
Tip: When you have another program installed that you know will open your ENCRYPTED, you can select it from the other programs listed (see "Show Apps").
Wrong Version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware program is Installed
