Rockbox Utility Disappeared

You won't be able to double-click to open your IPOD because your OS doesn't know what to do with it.
Tip: If you don't have Rockbox Utility installed, and you know of another program to open your IPOD file, you can try opening it by selecting from the programs listed under "Show Apps".
Incorrect Rockbox Utility Version
Your Rockbox Firmware File file is incompatible with Rockbox Utility because you might have the wrong version installed. Download the latest Rockbox Utility version from the Open Source website to ensure you have the correct one installed. This issue mainly occurs when your Rockbox Firmware File file was created by a newer version of Rockbox Utility than you have on your PC.
Tip: Sometimes you can get a clue about the version of IPOD file you have by right clicking on the file, then clicking on "Properties" (Windows) or "Get Info" (Mac OSX).
