Common ISR Opening Problems

Gomoku is Not Installed

If you attempt to load your ISR file, you experience a message such as "Can't Open ISR Files". If so, it typically means that you don't have Gomoku installed for %%os%%. Your operating system cannot associate your ISR with Gomoku, so double-clicking the file won't work.

Tip: When you have another program installed that you know will open your ISR, you can select it from the other programs listed (see "Show Apps").

Obsolete Version of Gomoku

In some cases, you might have a newer (or older) version of a GoMoku Game File file that is unsupported by your installed application version. You will need to download a newer version of Gomoku if you don't have the right version. Your GoMoku Game File file was probably created by a newer release of Gomoku than what's currently installed your computer.
