MacroMates TextMate Isn't There

You encounter an error message such as "%%os%% Can't Open LSP Files" when trying to open your LSP. Usually, this is because you do not have MacroMates TextMate for %%os%% installed. The OS won't know what to do with your LSP file, so double-clicking to load the file doesn't work.

Tip: If you don't have MacroMates TextMate installed, and you know of another program to open your LSP file, you can try opening it by selecting from the programs listed under "Show Apps".

MacroMates TextMate is Out-of-Date

Your Lisp Program Source Code File file is incompatible with MacroMates TextMate because you might have the wrong version installed. Installing the latest version of MacroMates TextMate from MacroMates is recommended.
