Missing MacroMates TextMate
Double-clicking your PHP5 file prompts the message "%%os%% Can't Open PHP5 File". Customarily, this means that MacroMates TextMate is not installed on %%os%%. Your operating system cannot associate your PHP5 with MacroMates TextMate, so double-clicking the file won't work.
Tip: If you have another software that you know opens PHP5 files, you can select it by hitting the "Show Apps" button.
Outdated MacroMates TextMate
It is possible that your version of MacroMates TextMate isn't able to open your PHP 5 Web Page file due to incompatibility.
