Frequent TBN Opening Issues

Kodi Isn't There

Double-clicking your TBN file prompts the message "%%os%% Can't Open TBN File". If so, it typically means that you don't have Kodi installed for %%os%%. This will prevent you from double-clicking to open the TBN file because the OS doesn’t know how to handle it.

Tip: If you don't have Kodi installed, and you know of another program to open your TBN file, you can try opening it by selecting from the programs listed under "Show Apps".

Kodi is Out-of-Date

Sometimes your installed version of Kodi won't support your Kodi Thumbnail Image file. If you do not have the proper version Kodi (or any of the other programs listed above), you may need to try downloading a different version of it, or one of the other software applications listed above. This problem is most common when you have an older version of the software application, and your file was created by a newer version that it cannot recognize.

Tip: You can sometimes get hints about the right program version by right-clicking on the TBN file, selecting "Properties", and looking at the version information.
