Typical VPL Opening Challenges

vanBasco's Karaoke Player Not Present

You encounter an error message such as "%%os%% Can't Open VPL Files" when trying to open your VPL. When this happens, it is commonly due to vanBasco's Karaoke Player missing in %%os%%. Because your operating system doesn't know what to do with this file, you won't be able to open it by double-clicking.

Tip: If you have another software that you know opens VPL files, you can select it by hitting the "Show Apps" button.

vanBasco's Karaoke Player Requires Update

Your Karaoke Player Playlist file is incompatible with vanBasco's Karaoke Player because you might have the wrong version installed.
