Troubleshoot LED Files
Common LED Opening Problems
Unknown Software Disappeared
When you double-click your LED file, you may see a dialog box from your operating system stating that it "Cannot Open This File Type". Usually, this is because you do not have Unknown Software for %%os%% installed. You won't be able to double-click to open your LED because your OS doesn't know what to do with it.
Tip: If you know of another program that can open your LED file, you can try opening it by selecting the application from the programs listed.

Tip: You can sometimes get hints about the right program version by right-clicking on the LED file, selecting "Properties", and looking at the version information.
Ultimately, most of the difficulties opening LED files are due to having the wrong version of Unknown Software installed.
