Typical W64 Opening Challenges
ShedWorx Smart Converter Isn't There
You attempt to load your W64 file and get an error such as "%%os%% Can't Open The W64 File Extension". If so, it typically means that you don't have ShedWorx Smart Converter installed for %%os%%. Your operating system cannot associate your W64 with ShedWorx Smart Converter, so double-clicking the file won't work.
Tip: When another W64 application is installed, you can choose to open it by selecting "Show Apps" and using that program.
Outdated ShedWorx Smart Converter
In other instances, your Sony Wave64 Audio File file version may not be supported by your version of ShedWorx Smart Converter. You will need to download a newer version of ShedWorx Smart Converter if you don't have the right version.
