Frequent PS Opening Issues

Adobe Illustrator CC Isn't There

When trying to open your PS file, you get the error "Can't Open PS File Type". Usually, this is because you do not have Adobe Illustrator CC for %%os%% installed. You won't be able to double-click to open your PS because your OS doesn't know what to do with it.

Tip: Another PS-related program can be selected to open the file by clicking "Show Apps" and finding the application.

Adobe Illustrator CC Requires Update

Occasionally, you might have an outdated version of Adobe Illustrator CC installed that's incompatible with your PostScript File Format type. If you do not have the proper version Adobe Illustrator CC (or any of the other programs listed above), you may need to try downloading a different version of it, or one of the other software applications listed above.
