Remark Office OMR Removed
You encounter an error message such as "%%os%% Can't Open ROA Files" when trying to open your ROA. Customarily, this means that Remark Office OMR is not installed on %%os%%. The OS won't know what to do with your ROA file, so double-clicking to load the file doesn't work.
Tip: If you don't have Remark Office OMR installed, and you know of another program to open your ROA file, you can try opening it by selecting from the programs listed under "Show Apps".
Wrong Version of Remark Office OMR is Installed
It is possible that your version of Remark Office OMR isn't able to open your Remark Office OMR Archive file due to incompatibility. If you do not have the proper version Remark Office OMR (or any of the other programs listed above), you may need to try downloading a different version of it, or one of the other software applications listed above. Most of the time your Remark Office OMR Archive file was created by a newer Remark Office OMR than what you have installed.

Ultimately, most of the difficulties opening ROA files are due to having the wrong version of Remark Office OMR installed.
