Issues Opening SCS Files

SimCity Societies is Not Installed

If you attempt to load your SCS file, you experience a message such as "Can't Open SCS Files". When this happens, it is commonly due to SimCity Societies missing in %%os%%. Because your operating system doesn't know what to do with this file, you won't be able to open it by double-clicking.

Tip: Another SCS-related program can be selected to open the file by clicking "Show Apps" and finding the application.

Obsolete Version of SimCity Societies

In other instances, your SimCity Societies Saved Game File file version may not be supported by your version of SimCity Societies. Visit the Tilted Mill Entertainment website to download (or purchase) the latest version of SimCity Societies.
