Common Problems Opening SHF Files

Missing Pretty Good Privacy (PGP)

If you attempt to load your SHF file, you experience a message such as "Can't Open SHF Files". Generally, this is experienced in %%os%% because Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) isn't installed on your PC. You won't be able to double-click to open your SHF because your OS doesn't know what to do with it.

Tip: When another SHF application is installed, you can choose to open it by selecting "Show Apps" and using that program.
