Software Overview
SketchUp is a MacOS and Windows computer program used for 3D modeling. It is used in a variety of drawing applications such as interior design, architectural, landscape architecture, engineering (civil and mechanical ), film and also in video game design. It can convert the 2D into 3D using the push and pull surfaces. Models can be turned into drawings and it can also export these drawings as a CAD, PDF, and image file formats. Other formats such as DXF, DWG, 3DS, and KMZ also can be imported. It is available in a freeware version, SketchUp Make, and SketchUp Pro.
