Missing e-Szigno

When trying to open your ET3 file, you get the error "Can't Open ET3 File Type". When this happens, it is commonly due to e-Szigno missing in %%os%%. This will prevent you from double-clicking to open the ET3 file because the OS doesn’t know how to handle it.

Tip: If you have another software that you know opens ET3 files, you can select it by hitting the "Show Apps" button.

Incorrect e-Szigno Version

Sometimes your installed version of e-Szigno won't support your E-Szigno Recorded Delivery Data file. You will need to download a newer version of e-Szigno if you don't have the right version. The primary cause of this problem is that your E-Szigno Recorded Delivery Data file was created by a different (newer) version of e-Szigno than what's installed.
